電(dian)葫(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)在(zai)電(dian)力生產過程中(zhong)使用非常(chang)廣泛,主要用于設備的(de)檢修、吊(diao)裝、運(yun)送(song)材料等。在(zai)使用過程中(zhong),電(dian)葫(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)發(fa)生故(gu)障次(ci)數也日漸增多(duo),這不僅影響了生產的(de)正常(chang)進行,嚴重時(shi)將(jiang)引發(fa)重大事故(gu),怎樣才能避免事故(gu)發(fa)生,保證(zheng)電(dian)葫(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)的(de)安全(quan)運(yun)行,及時(shi)準確處理運(yun)行中(zhong)出現的(de)各種故(gu)障,已(yi)成為生產中(zhong)的(de)重要一環。下面結合維修經(jing)驗,對電(dian)葫(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)一些(xie)常(chang)見故(gu)障的(de)原因進行具體分析。 1、 按起動(dong)開關后(hou)電(dian)動(dong)電(dian)葫(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)不工作
主(zhu)要是因電(dian)(dian)(dian)葫蘆沒接通額定工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,而(er)無法工(gong)作,一般(ban)有(you)3 種(zhong)情況: (1)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統是否對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動電(dian)(dian)(dian)葫蘆電(dian)(dian)(dian)源送(song)電(dian)(dian)(dian),一般(ban)用試電(dian)(dian)(dian)筆測試,如沒送(song)電(dian)(dian)(dian),等(deng)送(song)電(dian)(dian)(dian)后再工(gong)作;
(2)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)主(zhu)(zhu)、控(kong)(kong)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)損壞、線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)斷開(kai)或(huo)(huo)(huo)接觸不(bu)(bu)(bu)良,也(ye)會使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)無(wu)法(fa)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),出現這種情況,需(xu)(xu)檢(jian)(jian)修(xiu)主(zhu)(zhu)、控(kong)(kong)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)(lu)(lu),檢(jian)(jian)修(xiu)時(shi),為了防止主(zhu)(zhu)、控(kong)(kong)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)(lu)(lu)送給三相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源缺相(xiang)而燒(shao)毀電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji),或(huo)(huo)(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)突然(ran)得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)運轉,產生危害,一(yi)定要(yao)將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)從電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)上(shang)斷開(kai),只給主(zhu)(zhu)、控(kong)(kong)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)(lu)(lu)送電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),然(ran)后點(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)和停(ting)止開(kai)關,檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)分(fen)析控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)及線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)情況,對有問題的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)或(huo)(huo)(huo)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)進(jin)行修(xiu)復(fu)或(huo)(huo)(huo)更(geng)換,當確認主(zhu)(zhu)、控(kong)(kong)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)(lu)(lu)無(wu)故(gu)(gu)障,方可重(zhong)新(xin)試車; (3)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓比額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓低10%以(yi)上(shang),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)轉矩過(guo)小,使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)起吊不(bu)(bu)(bu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)貨物,而無(wu)法(fa)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),檢(jian)(jian)查(cha)時(shi),用萬用表或(huo)(huo)(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓表等測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)輸(shu)入(ru)端(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,確因電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓過(guo)低,使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)無(wu)法(fa)起動(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi),需(xu)(xu)等系統電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓恢復(fu)正(zheng)常(chang)后再使(shi)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)。有時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓正(zheng)常(chang),而電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)就是不(bu)(bu)(bu)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),這需(xu)(xu)考慮其他原(yuan)因,例如(ru):電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)被燒(shao)毀,檢(jian)(jian)修(xiu)時(shi)需(xu)(xu)更(geng)換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji);電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)長期(qi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)用,保(bao)養不(bu)(bu)(bu)善等原(yuan)因使(shi)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)輪與端(duan)蓋銹死(si),起動(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)輪脫不(bu)(bu)(bu)開(kai),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)只發出“哼”的(de)(de)(de)響聲,轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)不(bu)(bu)(bu)起來(lai),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)能工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。這時(shi),應卸下制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)輪,清洗銹蝕表面,然(ran)后重(zhong)新(xin)試車;電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)嚴(yan)重(zhong)掃膛,也(ye)會使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)不(bu)(bu)(bu)轉動(dong)(dong)(dong),發現這種情況,應停(ting)止使(shi)用,必須進(jin)行大修(xiu)或(huo)(huo)(huo)更(geng)換電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji),以(yi)保(bao)證電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)正(zheng)常(chang)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。另外,生產中嚴(yan)禁超(chao)載使(shi)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu),當貨物過(guo)度(du)超(chao)載,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)吊不(bu)(bu)(bu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)貨物,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)僅發出“哼”的(de)(de)(de)響聲,而不(bu)(bu)(bu)運轉,嚴(yan)重(zhong)時(shi)會燒(shao)毀電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji),甚至引發事故(gu)(gu),這時(shi)應立(li)即(ji)停(ting)機(ji)(ji)(ji),減輕(qing)貨物,使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)葫(hu)(hu)(hu)蘆(lu)(lu)在額定功(gong)率下工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。
2 、電葫蘆(lu)運(yun)行時出現異常響聲(sheng)
電(dian)動電(dian)葫(hu)蘆的(de)很多(duo)故(gu)障,例(li)如控制電(dian)器、電(dian)機(ji)或減速器等出(chu)現的(de)故(gu)障,往往伴隨著異(yi)常噪聲(sheng),這(zhe)些噪聲(sheng)的(de)位置及高(gao)低和音別隨故(gu)障原(yuan)因(yin)不同而有區別,檢修時,要多(duo)聽多(duo)看,可以利用(yong)或根據(ju)故(gu)障響(xiang)聲(sheng)特點,確定發出(chu)響(xiang)聲(sheng)位置,尋找和檢修故(gu)障。
(1)異(yi)常(chang)噪(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)發(fa)生在控制回路上,發(fa)出(chu)(chu)“哼(heng)”的(de)噪(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng),一(yi)般是(shi)接觸器出(chu)(chu)現了故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(如交(jiao)流接觸器觸頭接觸不(bu)(bu)良、電(dian)(dian)壓等級不(bu)(bu)符、磁(ci)芯被(bei)卡(ka)等等),應(ying)(ying)對故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)接觸器進(jin)行檢(jian)(jian)(jian)修(xiu),無法檢(jian)(jian)(jian)修(xiu)時必須更換,處理后,噪(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)自行消除。 (2)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)發(fa)出(chu)(chu)異(yi)常(chang)噪(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng),應(ying)(ying)立即停機(ji)(ji)(ji),檢(jian)(jian)(jian)查(cha)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)否單相(xiang)運轉,或軸承(cheng)損壞(huai)、聯軸器軸心不(bu)(bu)正及“掃膛(tang)(tang)”等故(gu)(gu)障(zhang),這些(xie)都會(hui)使(shi)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)有異(yi)常(chang)響(xiang)聲(sheng)(sheng),不(bu)(bu)同故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)的(de)響(xiang)聲(sheng)(sheng)位置及高低和音別不(bu)(bu)同,單相(xiang)運轉時,整個電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)發(fa)出(chu)(chu)有規律忽(hu)強忽(hu)弱的(de)“嗡(weng)嗡(weng)”聲(sheng)(sheng);而軸承(cheng)損壞(huai)時,會(hui)在軸承(cheng)附近,發(fa)出(chu)(chu)伴隨(sui)著(zhu)“咯噔(deng)-咯噔(deng)”的(de)“嗡(weng)嗡(weng)”聲(sheng)(sheng);而聯軸器軸心不(bu)(bu)正時,或電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)輕微(wei)掃膛(tang)(tang),整個電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)發(fa)出(chu)(chu)極高的(de)“嗡(weng)嗡(weng)”聲(sheng)(sheng),并不(bu)(bu)時伴隨(sui)著(zhu)尖銳刺耳的(de)聲(sheng)(sheng)音。總之,應(ying)(ying)根據噪(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)的(de)不(bu)(bu)同,找出(chu)(chu)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang),進(jin)行逐項檢(jian)(jian)(jian)修(xiu),恢復電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)正常(chang)性能(neng),當電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)未(wei)處理時,禁止使(shi)用電(dian)(dian)葫蘆。
(3)異常噪聲從減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)發出(chu),減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)出(chu)現(xian)故障(如減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)箱或軸(zhou)承缺潤(run)(run)滑油(you)、齒(chi)輪(lun)磨(mo)損或損壞(huai)(huai)(huai)、軸(zhou)承損壞(huai)(huai)(huai)等(deng)等(deng)),這時應(ying)停(ting)(ting)機檢查(cha),首先確定(ding)減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)箱或軸(zhou)承在(zai)使用前是(shi)否(fou)加了潤(run)(run)滑油(you),使用中(zhong)是(shi)否(fou)定(ding)期(qi)更換(huan)潤(run)(run)滑油(you),如沒有(you)按(an)要求潤(run)(run)滑,減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)不僅會產生過高的“嗡(weng)嗡(weng)”聲,還(huan)會過度磨(mo)損或損壞(huai)(huai)(huai)齒(chi)輪(lun)及軸(zhou)承。為了防止故障擴(kuo)大,無論減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)齒(chi)輪(lun)過度磨(mo)損或損壞(huai)(huai)(huai),還(huan)是(shi)減(jian)速(su)(su)(su)器(qi)(qi)(qi)軸(zhou)承損壞(huai)(huai)(huai),都(dou)需要立即拆卸檢修或更換(huan),消(xiao)除故障,降低噪聲。 3 、制動時停(ting)(ting)機下滑距(ju)離(li)超過規定(ding)要求

4 、電(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)溫升過高 首(shou)先(xian)應(ying)檢(jian)查電(dian)(dian)葫(hu)蘆(lu)是(shi)否(fou)超(chao)載(zai)使用,超(chao)載(zai)導(dao)致電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)發熱(re)(re),長(chang)期超(chao)載(zai)將燒毀電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji);電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)未超(chao)載(zai),仍發熱(re)(re),應(ying)檢(jian)查電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)軸承(cheng)是(shi)否(fou)損壞;還(huan)應(ying)檢(jian)查電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)否(fou)按規定工(gong)作制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)作,這也(ye)是(shi)引起(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)發熱(re)(re)的原因(yin)之一,使用時應(ying)嚴格按電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)工(gong)作制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)作。電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)運轉(zhuan)時,制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器間隙太小,未完(wan)全脫開,產(chan)生很大(da)摩擦力,摩擦發熱(re)(re)的同時也(ye)相(xiang)當于增加(jia)了附(fu)加(jia)載(zai)荷,使電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)轉(zhuan)速降(jiang)低(di),電(dian)(dian)流變大(da)而發熱(re)(re),此(ci)時應(ying)停止(zhi)工(gong)作,重新(xin)調整制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)間隙。 5 、重物升至半空,停車后(hou)不能再(zai)起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong) 分析(xi)其原因(yin),首(shou)先(xian)檢(jian)查系統(tong)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)是(shi)否(fou)過低(di)或波動(dong)(dong)是(shi)否(fou)過大(da),如是(shi)這種情況(kuang),只(zhi)有等電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)恢復正常后(hou)再(zai)起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong);另(ling)一方面(mian),要注意(yi)三相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)運轉(zhuan)中缺相(xiang),停機(ji)(ji)(ji)后(hou)無法(fa)起(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong),此(ci)時需要檢(jian)查電(dian)(dian)源相(xiang)數。
6 、不能停(ting)車(che)或到極限位置仍不停(ting)車(che)
這(zhe)類情況一般是接(jie)觸器(qi)的觸頭(tou)熔焊,當按下停止開關時,接(jie)觸器(qi)的觸頭(tou)不能斷開,電(dian)(dian)機照常(chang)得(de)電(dian)(dian)運轉,電(dian)(dian)葫蘆(lu)不停車;到(dao)極限位置如限位器(qi)失靈,電(dian)(dian)葫蘆(lu)不停車。出現(xian)這(zhe)種情況,立即切斷電(dian)(dian)源,使電(dian)(dian)葫蘆(lu)強行(xing)停車。停車后,檢(jian)修接(jie)觸器(qi)或限位器(qi),嚴(yan)重損(sun)壞無法修復的,必須更換(huan)。
7 、減速器(qi)漏油 減速器(qi)漏油原(yuan)因是:
(1)減速器(qi)箱體與箱蓋之間,密(mi)封圈裝配不良或(huo)失效損壞,應(ying)拆(chai)下(xia)檢(jian)修或(huo)更換(huan)密(mi)封圈;
(2)減速器連結螺釘未擰緊,在停(ting)機后,應擰緊螺釘。
(3)電動(dong)機掃膛
產生掃(sao)(sao)膛(tang)的(de)原(yuan)因是:電(dian)機軸上支(zhi)承圈磨損嚴重、轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)鐵(tie)心位移(yi),或因其他(ta)原(yuan)因使(shi)定(ding)子(zi)鐵(tie)心位移(yi),造成電(dian)機錐形轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)與(yu)定(ding)子(zi)間隙太小發(fa)生掃(sao)(sao)膛(tang)。電(dian)機嚴禁“掃(sao)(sao)膛(tang)”,當發(fa)生掃(sao)(sao)膛(tang)后,應拆下支(zhi)承圈進行(xing)更換,調整定(ding)子(zi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)錐面之間的(de)間隙使(shi)之均勻,或送到維修廠進行(xing)修理(li)(li)(li)。通過對電(dian)動電(dian)葫(hu)蘆常見故障及處理(li)(li)(li)的(de)分(fen)析,使(shi)電(dian)葫(hu)蘆檢(jian)修人員處理(li)(li)(li)故障時,知道(dao)從(cong)何處著手檢(jian)查,提高(gao)了檢(jian)修效率,此外(wai),也為操作人員提供了現場處理(li)(li)(li)問題(ti)的(de)方法。
